There’s nothing better than starting a holiday with a great meal, and this is exactly what you will find in The Brasserie when you sail on our North Sea and Dover to Calais routes. We are pleased to announce that there is a new P&O Ferries Brasserie menu to choose from when you dine with us on board, and we are very excited to share this with you.
With options to suit you no matter what your dietary requirements are, we hope that you love our new menu as much as we do!
To start with
Get your meal in The Brasserie off to a great start with one of our delicious new sharing platters. Choose between the Mediterranean Platter, which includes a selection of meats, olives, pesto, and sun blushed tomatoes, or opt for the vegetarian option which boasts feta cheese, potato salad, and stuffed vine leaves among other tasty items.
Alternatively, you can choose from classic starters such as soup or ham hock terrine, or perhaps you’d like to try the popular salmon starter which comes with sourdough baguette.
The Brasserie main courses
The new P&O Ferries Brasserie menu has plenty to offer meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans, so you’re sure to find something that you love from the options available. Choose something from the grill, including steak or roast chicken served with fries, or opt for the impressive beef burger or pork belly with mash. Fancy eating seafood? Choose from delicious roast cod or salmon, both served with potatoes.
Vegetarian options include a very Instagrammable halloumi burger served in a beetroot bun, and a white bean cassoulet with a side of chive mashed potatoes. For vegans, we have a tasty vegan pizza topped with vegan cheese and roasted vegetables, and linguine all’arrabbiata served with hard vegan cheese, sun blushed tomatoes, and olives.
Something sweet
Finish your meal with a tasty treat from The Brasserie dessert menu. Our favourites include the chocolate and coffee opera cake, which boasts wonderfully indulgent layers, and the perfectly sharp lemon tart which comes with fresh raspberries and a fruit compote.
Vegetarians can enjoy the deliciously fresh summer pudding with cream, berries, and fruit compote, or a selection of ice creams and sorbets from Marshfield Dairy. Prefer a savoury option? Our varied cheese board could be just what you’re looking for!
Breakfast in The Brasserie
If you are travelling on one of our overnight routes, or are heading off on one of the early Dover to Calais crossings, you can begin your morning in the right way with the new P&O Ferries Brasserie menu. Choose from a Full English or vegetarian breakfast including an egg cooked however you like it, plus everything else you would expect from this traditional start to the day.
We also offer a continental breakfast basket with pastries, ham, cheese, and a number of condiments, or smoked salmon with avocado if you’re looking for something a bit fancy! You’re sure to be ready for a day of adventures after enjoying any of these Brasserie breakfasts, and you’ll love the stunning sea views too!
