The 25th anniversary celebrations of Disneyland® Paris have been a spectacular affair so far – and the good news is that the party isn’t over yet. The official day may have been 12 April 2017, but you can experience the excitement of Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, Disney Illuminations, The Starlit Princess Waltz and the Marvel Summer of Superheroes for a few weeks more still. Marvel Summer of Super Heroes – until 30th September
Suit up and join your favourite superheroes for a day of non-stop action this summer. Two new live action shows let the whole family immerse themselves into the Marvel universe.
The Power of the Epic Marvel: Super Heroes United combines electrifying special effects and all of your favourite live characters to the stage, including Iron Man, Captain America, Spider-Man and Black Widow, for an epic battle against Thanos.
For Avengers fans, Stark Expo presents: Energy for Tomorrow! sees the famous group take on the wicked prince Loki in a similarly breath-taking spectacle. If you’d rather boogie your way to victory, head to the Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Dance-Off to help save the gang from evil.
Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain – limited run
The classic thrills of Space Mountain take place in a galaxy far, far away this summer. Now, you can travel through the world of Star Wars as a member of the Rebel Alliance, fighting off TIE fighters and defeating the Star Destroyer for good. Kids and adults alike will love the exhilarating new experience as it places you right in the thick of the action. With this takeover event billed as a limited run, anyone hoping to put a stop to the Empire’s tyranny will have to join the Alliance fast.
The Starlit Princess Waltz – until 9th September
This summer, young princesses and princes can all attend a magical royal ball at the iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle. All of their favourite characters will be there, including Cinderella, Snow White, Belle and Tiana. The show, specially created for the park’s 25th anniversary, will transport the whole family into the world of classic Disney movies.
Disney Illuminations
As darkness falls over the towers of Sleeping Beauty Castle, the magical world is just waking up. Surrounded by beloved characters from Disney film history, this stunning light show is truly fit for royalty – and will have you gazing up in awe at the night sky. From Mickey Mouse and Frozen to Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean, the stunning fireworks and music will stay with you long after the journey home.
